The personal data is processed to maintain stakeholder relationships, for marketing purposes, and to provide information about our activities. We send information about our services and events to individuals included in the register.

The register may contain the following information about customers:

  • Street address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing information

The register is compiled and maintained manually. Data is obtained from the individuals themselves or from publicly available sources.

7. Regular Disclosure of Data

Data is not regularly disclosed to external parties.

Data may be shared with external parties if required by law.

Additionally, the data controller may provide information to subcontractors for tasks related to accounting, invoicing, debt collection, and IT management. The data may also be shared with key partners essential to the operations of the data controller.

The data controller shares register information only with parties committed to protecting personal data.

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or EFTA.

Data will be deleted upon request of the registered individual or at the discretion of Taigawise Oy.

Personal data is kept confidential. Taigawise Oy’s IT network and devices, which host the register, are protected with appropriate technical measures.

11. Rights of the Data Subject

Registered individuals have the right to access their data, request corrections, and otherwise exercise their rights under applicable law. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and deletion of personal data may be requested.

Registered individuals also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, if they believe their personal data is being processed in violation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
